At Girly Girl Music, we work with vendors around the globe. That means every product may have a unique return policy, listed directly on its product page. Most items fall within a 14 to 30-day return window, depending on the supplier.

📝 Note: Trendsi return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking) and shipped back within 7 days of approval to qualify for a full refund.
🔍 More Details on Returns & Refunds
Some products from international vendors or dropshippers do not offer refunds. These policies are clearly posted on the product page, along with a checkbox confirming your agreement before purchase.
In cases of:
- Defective or broken items
- Items not as described
- Non-delivered orders
You are eligible to request a refund claim. Just email us at hello@girlygirlshop.com, with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable
🚚 Free Return Eligibility
Products marked “Free Return” on their product page are eligible for a 14-day return window, beginning the day the item is delivered.
📦 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging
- Must include your receipt or proof of purchase
🛡️ Girly Girl Buyer Protection
We offer a 100% refund if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period.
Refunds are issued 15 days after the claim process is completed. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
✈️ Return Shipment Fees
Return shipping fees are determined based on:
- Reason for the return
- Vendor’s return policy If we’re responsible, we’ll send a shipping label and instructions.
Items sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval.
If approved:
- Refund is processed to your original payment method
- It may take up to 15 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

To exchange an item:
- Return the current item
- Place a new order after your refund is approved
🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your item is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, no justification required. Item must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- With tags and proof of purchase

Purchases made through Amazon or eBay are subject to their return policies. Girly Girl Music is not involved in processing these returns.
